Description
The AT-SM1357 is a handheld digital sound level meter intended for general purpose noise measurement: ambient noise in offices, factories, traffic environments; audio system level checking; sound-quality control. It provides decibel (dB) readings of sound pressure level with selectable frequency weighting (A & C) and selectable time weighting (Fast & Slow). The instrument typically features a ½-inch electret condenser microphone, a digital LCD display (with additional bar-graph), multiple range settings, a maximum hold function, AC/DC analog outputs for recorder/analysis, and is powered by standard AA batteries (or optionally external DC).
