Agilent N8973A NFA Series Noise Figure Analyzer is a dedicated RF noise figure and gain measurement instrument designed for fast, accurate, and repeatable characterization of RF and microwave devices. It operates from 10 MHz to 3.0 GHz and is specifically optimized for measuring the noise figure, gain, and related performance of amplifiers, receivers, attenuators, and frequency-translating devices. The N8973A is a one-box noise figure measurement solution with an integrated preamplifier and noise-figure measurement software. It is compatible with Agilent/Keysight SNS Series smart noise sources, including the N4000A, N4001A and N4002A, as well as applicable 346 Series noise sources.
