Description

The 85024A is a 50 Ω, high-impedance, active probe covering 300 kHz to 3 GHz. It allows non-intrusive RF measurements on high-impedance circuits without significantly loading the device under test. The probe uses a small, lightweight body with a sharp tip for direct connection to circuit traces, component leads, or test points, and it includes a ground clip for reference. It is optimized for use with Agilent 8753 series network analyzers and other instruments requiring accurate, broadband measurements in both lab and field environments.
