The Tektronix TDS3052 is a high-performance, two-channel digital phosphor oscilloscope designed for capturing and analysing complex electronic signals. It offers a 500 MHz bandwidth, a real-time sampling rate of up to 5 GS/s on each channel, and a maximum record length of 10,000 points. Its digital phosphor technology provides intensity-graded waveform displays and a continuous waveform capture rate of up to approximately 3,600 waveforms per second, helping users identify intermittent glitches, signal variations and timing abnormalities that may be difficult to detect with conventional digital oscilloscopes.
