HLF 195 is a 50-ohm low-loss flexible RF coaxial cable commonly used as an alternative to LMR-195 for transmitting high-frequency radio signals with low attenuation. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor wireless communication applications. Typical construction: Center conductor: 0.94 mm solid bare copper (or copper-clad steel in some variants) Dielectric: Foamed polyethylene (FPE) Inner shield: Aluminum-polymer-aluminum (APA) tape Outer shield: 95% tinned copper braid Outer jacket: Black polyethylene (PE), UV resistant Overall diameter: Approximately 4.95–5.0 mm Characteristic impedance: 50 Ω Key features: Low signal loss compared with standard coaxial cables such as RG-58. Double shielding provides excellent EMI/RFI protection. Flexible and easy to install. Suitable for frequencies up to 6–8 GHz, depending on the manufacturer.
