The HP 3631A is a single-output, autoranging power supply capable of delivering 0–6 V at up to 5 A or 0–25 V / 0–50 V at up to 1 A. It features high resolution, low noise, and built-in measurement capability, allowing both output voltage and current to be precisely set and read back from the front panel or via remote control. It supports GPIB and RS-232 interfaces, making it suitable for integration into automated test systems.
