Physical length / aperture size has to be large for good performance at 0.2 GHz. To reduce length, gain drops or lowest usable frequency increases. Lower gain in the low‑end frequencies. For “short” versions you might only get usable gain from ~0.5 GHz onward. Beamwidth gets wider; directionality drops. Manufacturing complexity / cost goes up if you want a compact horn that still performs well across that wide band.
